The warranty period starts from the moment of delivery. The original receipt serves as proof of warranty. The warranty covers structural and material defects existing at the time of delivery.

This non-transferable limited warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or vandalism, unauthorized modifications to the product, damage due to different voltages as discussed above, improper installation or re-installation (including the use of non-AlunoTec Pergola parts and incorrect measurements), abnormal conditions such as abnormal pressures, temperatures, salty environments, etc.), extreme natural weather, and labor costs for reinstallation or disassembly are not included and are the responsibility of the owner. AlunoTec Pergola shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or injuries. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have additional or other rights that may vary from state to state.
